摘要
采用新型加工方法凝胶法制备端羟基液体聚丁二烯聚氨酯弹性体材料。主要研究了预聚物NCO-基含量、扩链交联剂44’-甲撑双(2-氯代革胺)(MOCA)的用量对凝胶法的凝胶储存时间及材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:NCO-%与MOCA用量有一定的限度,过多会影响材料性能,凝胶储存时间目前还不能超过10小时,只能在此范围内使用。
In this paper,hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene PU (HIPB-PU)was prepared by gel molding method. Many influence factors to mechanical properties of HTPB-PU such as dosages of prepolymer and chain lenthening and crosslinking reagant 3.3'-dichloro-4.4'-diamino-diphenyl menthane(MOCA)gel-keeping period was studied in the paper. Experimental results suggested that the NCO% in prepolymer and the amout of MOCA had a limit, if it is too much, the properties of HIPB-PU would be influenced;the gel-keeping period should not beyond 10 hours.It can only be used with the scale.
