Labour Power Property and Its Requirements for Realizing It under Socialist Market Economic Condition

本文在说明劳动力产权的内涵及一般属性的基础上，分析了社会主义市场经济下劳动力产权的特征，然后从实践角度分析影响我国实现劳动力产权的原因，最后指出在我国实现劳动力产权的要求。

On the basis of explaining the intension of labour power paperty and its general attribute,this paper analyses the characteristics of labour power property under socialist market economy. Then from the point of view of Practice,it analyses the reason of affecting to realize our labour power property, Finally it points out the requirements for realizing labour power property in China.
