脑脊液细胞贴片和铁蛋白检查对中枢神经系统白血病的诊断价值

The Value of Cell Sticking of Cerebrospinal Fluid and Cerebrospinal Fluid Ferrritin in the Diagnosis of CNSL

本文以脑脊液常规生化、离心细胞贴片法和脑脊液铁蛋白(CSFF)结合进行检测和分析。观察到脑脊液常规生化、离心细胞贴片和CSFF联合检测可提高中枢神经系统白血病(CNSL)的诊断率。离心细胞贴片法简便实用,具有特异性诊断意义。CSFF对预测病情有一定意义。

Rortine biochemical tests of cercbrospinal fluid (CSF),the cell sticking method (CSM)of centrfugal cells and CSF ferritin (CSFF) arc detected and analysed.The results show that the combined detections and analyses may improve the diagnosis rate of central nervous systemic leckemia (CNSL).The CSM of centrifugal cells is easy to practise and has a specific value in diagnosis for CNSL.The detection of CSFF has some values in diagnosis for CNSL.
