管理信息系统是人─机─环境的复杂大系统，是社会系统和经济系统的重要组成部分。它的任务是进行信息的采集、录入、存贮、处理、输出、传递，沟通社会和经济诸元的联系，提供诸元和系统的运动状态数据，由系统组织者实施管理和控制。管理信息系统把系统的组织者、管理者作为主体，管理的对象可为一个或多个社会、经济系统。研究管理信息系统的人─机─环境结构是为人、机、环境在系统中定位，确定相互的联系，从而明确管理信息系统设计的指导原则，构造安全、高效、经济的满意系统。

Management information system is a complicated system of man-machine-environment structure and one of the important parts of social system and economic system.Its task is to collect,input,store,process,output and transmit information,to link up social and economic data,and to provide dynamic situation data of the systems,so that the system organizers carry out management and control.Management information system takes the system organizers and managers as main body,and the management object may be one or more social and economic systems.Man-machine-environment structure which investigates management infonliation system fixes the positions of man,machine and environment in system and determines the connections among them,so that the guideline of management information system design is made clear and a safe,efficient and economical system is constructed.
