摘要
利用微机有限元SAP6软件,对某导弹发射车使用中的一个重要工况──起竖工况的整体力学特性进行分析,建立了导弹发射车起竖工况整体有限元模型,利用欧拉角确定了发射筒绕回转轴转动时的相对坐标系。给出了对起竖瞬间导弹作用于发射筒上的力及对起坚过程中起竖液压千斤顶举升力和回转支耳反力的计算方法。提供了机动导弹发射车系统合理设计方法。
The whole mechanical characteristics about operating state of the missile launcher erecting which is an important operating state of a missile launcher,are analysed,using finite element SAP 6 program.The whole finite element model of the operating state is established and the relative coordinate system when launch canister rotates round rotation axis is determined by using Euler angle.The calculations of the force that the missile acts on the launch canister when erecting,and the lifting force of hydraulic jack and the reaction force of turning support lug are given.A feasible method for designing mobile missile launcher system is provided.
