摘要
鉴于我国大多数合成氨厂弛放气中稀有气体未能得到综合利用,造成资源浪费的现状。提出了采用尾气直接膨胀制冷,深冷法精馏分离弛放气经提氢后的尾气,可以大大减少循环氮气量,节省分离功耗。根据要求得到纯产品品种及质量的不同,提出了三塔分离流程及五塔分离流程。
At present the rare gases in the vented gas of the most ammonia plants are not properly utilized in China.Aprocess to expand and refri-gerate directly the vented gas,then to separate rare gases by cryogenic rectification is suggested.Thus,the volurne of cyclic N2 and the power con-sumption for separation will bc greatly reduced.In accordance with the re-quirements for obtaining the different assortments and qualities of pure products,separation schemes with 3 and 5 columms are provided.
