摘要
该文主要讨论在氧化铝陶瓷衬底上用电泳法制备ＹＢＣＯ厚膜的工艺及性能，利用银作为缓冲层可制备出ＴＣＯ高于７７Ｋ的厚膜。
The YBCO thick films on Alumina substrate have been fabricated using Ag as buffer layer by electrophoresis method. The films show good superconducting properties at 77 K, Tco=82 K.
