大面积薄膜超导性能的无损检测

摘要 测量大面积高Tc超导薄膜的超导性能是制备性能良好膜的重要检测手段。文中设计的采用电磁感应法的测量装置为非接触测量,它不会破坏被测样品,而且测试线圈可在薄膜上逐点移动作多点巡回检测,这有利于判断大面积薄膜超导性能的均匀性。被测样品的尺寸可在φ10mm到φ30mm之间。另外,由于测试线圈输出信号幅度为几十毫伏,无须使用锁相放大器,使测试系统较便宜,易于推广。 Abstract Superconductivity measurement is a valuable means for judging the film's quality.The noncondact electromagnetic induction method for measuring the transition temperature of large area high Tc films is described. The designed system can detect the large area samples which the diameter is more than 10 mm. In addition, the apparatus can measure fine positions on the same sample for juding the homogeneous supconductivity in the sample. Because the signal induced in pick-up coil is large enough to run the X-Y recorder,there is no need to use the look-in amplifier, so the system is more cheap and available.
