摘要
该文研究了用电泳法制备的Y1Ba2Cu3O(7-δ)超导厚膜的表面电阻随传输功率的变化特性,分析了制粉工艺和热处理程序对表面电阻的影响。采取多次重复“成形-烧结-研磨”的制粉过程及延长退火时间的措施,可大大改善Y1Ba2Cu3O(7-δ)超导厚膜表面电阻的功率效应。
In this paper, we measured the surface resistances dependent on microwave transmission power for superconducting Y1 Ba2Cu3O7-8 thick films, which have been covered on the massive silver rod by electrophoretic deposition, and investigated the influences of the powder preparation and annealing program on the surface resistance. The results shown that the effect of surface resistances on microwave power can be improved by means of repeating the proess of 'pressing-sintering-grinding' for several times and prolonging the annealing time.
