A Sampling Study of Children's Heart Health State in the Town Area of Kunming

本文报道非克山病区城市部分儿童的心脏健康状况。其心电图改变率与非病区农业人群无明显差异（Ｐ＞０，０５），小于克山病区儿童改变；Ｘ线摄片，城市部分儿童心脏改变多于病区；提出夹杂在克山病区中的城市儿童，可能受克山病致病因子的作用。

In this report we reported a:study of children's heart health,state in the town area of Kunmingwhich is not the endemic area of Keshan disedase。We have exdmed 544 children aged from 4 to 14 years oldand found that the difference between the children's change rate of eleclrocardiogram in town and other people's change rate in non-endemic area of Keshan disease was not significant(P>0.05).The change rate ofthe children's ECGin town was smaller than the children' s of Keshan disease endemic area。 But X-ray checkshown that the change of children's hearts of town was bigger than the change of children's of Keshan diseasearea. These suggest that there may be some of aetiological factors of Keshan disease which may cause Keshandisease in the children of town area,ie ,non -endemic region.
