脂质体—EV76P(VW^—)株在小鼠体内的分布与增殖

摘要 用脂质体包被缺失45MD质粒的鼠疫EV76p株,经皮下接种小鼠,并与兰州EV株进行比较,观察两者在小鼠体内分布情况。实验表明:该菌株在小鼠血液、皮下及脾脏的分布与EV株无明显差异,0。95=x2=<x20.05=1.32,P>0.25,1.40=x2脾=x20.10=2.71,P>0.10,略有不同的是该菌株只在注射局部增殖造成在皮下存活时间稍长于EV株,但到达脾脏及血液的机率很小,即使有部分细菌能到达脾脏存活时间也很短。提示用脂质体包裹EV76P(VW-)株在一定程度未必能提高机体的免疫保护作用,对使用脂质体作为佐剂来制备较为理想的鼠疫菌苗尚需进一步研究。 The distriibution and multiplication of liopsome一EV 76p(VW- ) and EV strain in mouse wereobserved using skin injection, Experiment showed that dissimilarity was mosignifcant of distribution of liposome一EV76p(VW- ) with EV strain in blood,skin and pleen in mouse,0.95=x2k<x20.25=1.32,P>0, 25。1. 40=x2sp<x0.10= 71,P>0.10. It gave of the strain in injection local of skin on mouse was a little longer than EV strain。But the probability of liposome一EV76p(VW- ) got to the spleen and blood was a small, even if a part of the bacterial could reach the splee, the life time of the strain sould be very short.The resuIt prompted that to wap EV76p(VW-)with liposome could not heighten the immunity protectioon effect of bodies to a certah exent, so that it had need to further study for making ideal vaccine of yersinia pestis with liposome as adju vant.
