山东省区域经济发展梯度分析及战略构想

GRADIENT ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY DISCUSSION OF REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SNSHANDONG PROVINCE

建立了山东省区域经济发展水平评价的指标体系，利用层次分析法确定了２２个指标的权重，根据１９９０年统计数据对全省１１０个市（县）进行了综合评价，并利用模糊ＩＳＯＤＡＴＡ法对各市（县）进行了系统聚类分析，在此基础上划分为５个经济发展梯度区域，并讨论了各梯度区域的经济发展战略。

At first the index system that is used to evaluate the regional economic development inShandong province is established by using Delphji's Method. It has 4 hierarchies in the systemand 4 elements in the second hierarchy,10 elements in the third and 22 elements in the last hierarchy,After weights of indexes are computed through ordering according to AHP , multi-factor comprehensive evaluation is done to 110 cities(counties)using the data in 1990.Fuzzy ISODATA clusterings from 2 to 10 kinds are applied to examining differences between the samples. The result shows that the comprehensive evaluation is correct and reasonable. Basedon above,Shandong province is divided into 5 kinds of gradient areas.They are developed re-gion,medium-developed region, primary-developed region,developing region and backwardregion. In the last,strategies for the economic development in the high,middle and low gradi-ent regions are discussed.
