地震灾害快速评估的计算机方法和程序

A COMPUTER METHOD AND PROGRAM OF QUICKLY EVALUATING EARTHQUAKE LOSSES

文中介绍—种在微机上实现的地震灾害快速评估应用软件:DISEV(Disaster Evaluation),DISEV由地震输入系统、图形显示系统、灾害评估系统和数据输出系统等4部分组成。采用确定性的的地震灾害评估方法,用C语言设计完成。DISEV操作简单、快速,对震后快速反应工作以及救灾工作有重要意义。

In this paper has been introduced a software of evaluation earthquake losses in microcomputer: DISEV ( Disaster Evaluation) . DISEV is composed of four parts of earthquake input system, graph display system, evaluating disaster system and data output system. The software adopts deterministic method of evaluating earthquake losses and uses C language to design program. With simply and quickly operating, DISEV has an important significance for quick reaction after an earthquake and providing the disaster relief.
