目标规划方法在地下水资源管理中的应用

APPLICATION OF GOAL PROGRAMMING THEORY TO GROUNDWATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

以满意决策理论为基础，针对地下水分布多数系统资源管理中关于建模和决策方面的某些突出问题，分析了用目标规划方法解决这些问题的基本思路，并结合某市水资源管理实例，讨论了目标规划方法的建模过程、求解方法、决策过程及其意义。

Based upon the theory of satisfying decision,this paper discusses some special problems with regard to the model-constructing and policy decision in water resources management of a distributed parameter groundwater system,and explains the fundmental ideas about the way to solve these problems using goal programming.With an example from the water resources management practice in a city,the process of the model-constructing,method of problem solution and process of decision making and significance of goal programming are illustrated.
