On the Submarine Volcanic Hydrothermal Genesis of the Xiaobaliang Copper Deposit

摘要 本文对内蒙古小坝梁铜矿床的成矿地质构造背景、成矿地质特征、同位素及矿床地球化学作了一系列研究,并与国外同类矿床进行对比,确定该矿床属海底火山热液型,成矿时代为晚华力西期。此项研究为该类矿床的勘查拓宽了思路,指出小坝梁矿区北部与东部为勘探铜矿床的远景区。 This paper suggests that the time of formation of the Xiaobaliang copper deposit is late Variscan(isochron dating of Sr-isotope:T= 243±15 Ma,( ̄(87)Sr/ ̄(86)Sr)_i=0.70493±0.00028)and the type ofgenesis is submarine volcanic hydrothermal,based on the studies of tectonic-geologic setting,macroge-ologic characteristics,isotope geochronology and micro-geochemistry.The data of Sr,S,Pb isotopes and REE geochemistry concordantly indicate that the rock-formingand ore-forming materials of the Xiaobaliang copper deposit were derived from the mantle and thefock-forming and ore-forming process occurred on the tectonic background of an ophiolite suite.The Xiaobaliang copper deposit is very similar to Cypurs-type ore deposits in many ways.Theanthors consider that the northern and eastern parts of the Xiaobaliang ore district are very prospectivefor exploration of copper deposits.
