The Chinese continent is a composite continent made up of many microcontinents or blocks.Itfeatures soft-collision, polycyclic suturing and composite orogeng between the blocks. The continenthas distinct multistoge evolution and multilevel mosaic and overpass structures. It geodynamic pro-cess is marked by Gondwana disporsion and Asian accretion.
