摘要
本文扼要地总结了埋置于石英斑岩中每个容积为5000m3油罐群的设计和施工经验。从工程地质勘测入手,以岩石力学为基础,以有限元分析为手段,阐明洞室的稳定性和锚喷支护的可靠性。以锚喷支护代替传统的模注钢筋混凝土,以喷钢纤维混凝土代替挂网喷射混凝土。简化了工序,节约了原材料。立式油罐具有口小肚子大的特点,按常规施工方法:工序多、工期长、施工繁,劳动强度大、造价较高。本工程创造了螺旋式环斜道开挖法,丰富了现有立式油罐的施工经验。
In this paper the experience in design and construction of a group of oil-tanks was briefly summarized. The tanks have a volume of 5000ms each and are embeddedin quartz porphyry. Starting from engineering geological exploration with the basis of rockmechanics and by means of Finite Element Analysis, the stability of the cavern and relia-bility of shotcreting support were expounded. Instead of traditional casting of reinforcedconcrete support, the shotcreting bolting was applied and the shotcrete with mesh was re-placed by steel fibre shotcreting. The process has been simplified with saving of raw ma-terials- The vertical tank is characterized by a small opening and large body- According totraditional procedure, there will be more operations, long duration of work, complicatedconstruction work and high labor intensity with high cost. In this project, the excavationalong spiral circular declined track was suggested, this enriches the experience for con-struction of vertical oil tank.[
