摘要
从羽叶三七叶中分离到十三种甙类成分,经FAB-MS,^(13)CNMR谱,双照射~1HN-MR谱,~1H-~1H COSY谱及与标准品直接对照,证明十一种为已知化合物,分别为人参皂甙F_1(Ⅰ),F_2(Ⅱ),F_3(Ⅲ),R_(g2)(Ⅳ),R_a(Ⅴ),Rd(Ⅵ),R_(b1)(Ⅷ),R_(b3)(Ⅷ),24(S)-假人参甙F_(11)(Ⅸ),人参黄酮(Ⅹ)和珠子参甙F_1(Ⅺ);另外两种为新的达玛烷型皂甙,命名为羽叶三七甙F_1(Ⅻ)和F_2(ⅫⅠ),并确定其化学结构。同时修正珠子参甙F_3的结构。进一步阐明人参黄酮甙结构中的两个糖的连接方式。
Two new saponins, bipinnatifidusoside F_1(Ⅻ) and F_2(ⅩⅢ), were isolated along with eleven known saponins from the dried leaves of Panax japonicus var.bipinnatifidus(Seem.)Wu et Feng collected in the Range of Qinling Mountains in China. By spectrometric analysis(FAB-MS,~1H and ^(13)CNMR,~1H-~1H COSY), their structures were elucidated as dammar-25(26)-ene-3β, 12β, 20(S), 2ξ- tetraol-(20-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(bipinnatifidusoside F_1) and dammar-22(23) ene-3β,12β, 20(S), 24ξ-tetraol-(20-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (bipinnatifidusoside F_2), respectively. The known saponins were identified as ginsenoside F_1,F_2,F_3,Rg_2,Re,Rd,Rb_1,Rb_3, 24(S)-pseudoginsenoside F_(11),panasenoside and majoroside F_1.
Compared with bipinnatifidusoside F_2,majoroside F_3 was corrected as dammar-22 (23)-ene-3β,12β,20(S), 24ξ-tetraol-(20-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside.
