摘要
作者采用抗白细胞抗体和清醒山羊的慢性肺淋巴瘘模型,观察了酵母多糖活化的血浆(ZAP)分别对白细胞数正常(n=7)和白细胞减少(n=7)的山羊肺血管增压反应、肺微血管壁通透性及肺内组织间液形成的影响。ZAP可致肺血管阻力及肺淋巴蛋白清除率升高,肺淋巴流量增加。白细胞减少组的山羊上述指标的增加幅度显著低于白细胞数正常组。结果提示:白细胞参与活化的补体导致的肺内液体交换失衡的过程。
The effects of Zymosan-activated plasma (ZAP) on pulmonary pressure response and fluid change across pulmonary micro vascular wall are studied (with normal WBC count, n= 7) and leukopenic (n = 7 ) goats. Following ZAP infusion the mean pulmonary pressure (P pa) , lung lymph flow and clearance rate of lung lymph protein are elevated in control goats, but those changes are less marked in leukopenic goats.The results suggest that leukocytes are involved in the pathogensis of lung dysfunction due to ZAP infusion.
