人冠状动脉显微结构成份的定量分析 被引量:5

摘要 本文采用7例成人的左冠状动脉前室间支、旋支、右冠状动脉以及胸廓内动脉和大隐静脉,制备组织切片,用不同的染色方法分别显示血管的平滑肌、胶原纤维和弹性纤维。用显微分光光度计扫描测定各血管上述3种成份的相对含量。结果表明,人左、右冠状动脉上述3种成份的含量均彼此无显著差异(P>0.05);而胸廓内动脉的弹性纤维含量高于冠状动脉和大隐静脉(P<0.01),其胶原纤维与弹性纤维含量之比(C/E值)却低于冠状动脉和大隐静脉(P<0.01)。冠状动脉的C/E值较高与其传输血液的功能相适应。 The anterior interventricular and the circumflex branches of the left coronary artery,right coronary artery, the internal thoracic artery (ITA) and the great sa-phenous vein are excised from 7 human adults. The paraffin slices prepared are stained with different methods in order to reveal elastin, collagen and smooth muscle within the vascular wall respectively. They are scanned with a micro-spectrophotometer and the relative contents of the 3 tissue components are measured. The results show,no statistical significant difference is found between the right and left coronary arteries(P>0.05). ITA contains elastin a relatively higher than the other two (P<0.01) .The coronary arteries present the higher ratio of collagen/elastin (P<0.01) ,by which the coronary arteries may by made suitable for the functional needs of the heart.
