摘要
测定了10例正常成年男性脑外伤死亡后2h四肢12条神经干内羟脯氨酸和氨基己糖的含量(μmol/mg,x±s)分别为:正中神经80.4±11.2和63.3±21.0;肌皮神经108.2±14.8和70.2±2.7;尺神经104.8±36.5和71.1±2.2;桡神经96.6±17.2和61.0±8.1;桡神经浅支115.7±7.0和74.4±17.9;前臂内侧皮神经127.4±19.8和87.2±5.9;坐骨神经86.5±13.4和71.8±14.5;股神经78.0±12.5和70.9±2.6;胫神经66.2±5.3和68.6±3.7;腓总神经97.7±15.7和85.9±18.8;隐神经73.9±8.3和62.0±13.3;腓肠神经108.3±22.2和94.5±25.3。本研究结果提供了正常人四肢主要神经干内羟脯氨酸和氨基己糖的正常值,为研究周围神经损伤后的生化成分含量变化提供了依据。
The contents of hydroxyproline and aminohexose were determined by biochemical methods in the fresh nerve trunk of limbs. The average contents (μmol/mg) of hydroxyproline and aminohexose are shown as below:median nerve 80.4±11.2 and 63.3±21.0; musculocutaneous nerve 108.2±14.8 and 70.2±2.7; ulnar nerve 104.8±36.5 and 71.1±2.2; radial nerve 96.6±17.2 and 61.0±8.1; superficial radial nerve 115.7±7.0 and 74.4±17.9; medialcutaneousnerveofforearm 127.4±19.8and87.2±5.9; sciaticnerve 86.5±13.4and 71.8 ±14.5; femoral nerve 78.0±12.5 and 70.9±2.6; tibial nerve 66. 2±5.3 and 68.6±3.7; common peroneal nerve 97.7±15.7 and 85. 9±18.8;saphenous nerve 73.9±8.3 and 62.0±13.3; sural nerve 108.3±22.2 and 94. 5±25.3.
