重组人γ干扰素对裸鼠移植性骨肉瘤生长的抑制作用

摘要 用重组人γ-干扰素(rhIFN-γ)对裸鼠移植性骨肉瘤模型进行抑瘤实验性研究。结果表明:rhIFN-γ对裸鼠移植性骨肉瘤模型有一定抑瘤作用,皮下注射组抑瘤率为25%,腹腔注射组为28%。治疗后除肿瘤细胞密度减少,坏死较明显外,并可见部分肿瘤组织有较多淋巴细胞浸润,图像分析提示肿瘤细胞核DNA含量腹腔注射组明显减少(P<0.05)。 The antitumor effect of recombinant interferon gamma (rhIFN-γ) was evaluated in human osteosarcomas grown as xenografts in nude mice. The results showed that rhIFN-γ treatment inhibited the growth of osteasercoma xenografts.The rate of inhibition of tumor was higher in the abdominal administration group (28%)than that in the subcutaneous administration group (25%).There were many lymphocytes infiltrating in tumor tissue besides reduced tumour cell density and evident necrosis.DNA analysis of tissue sections showed that the DNA content of tumor cells was reduced obviously (P<0.05).
