原发性输尿管恶性肿瘤

Primary malignant tumors of the ureter

分析了原发性输尿管恶性肿瘤２１３例的诊断与治疗。认为尿路造影、膀胱镜检查是本病诊断的主要手段，尤以输尿管镜检查为佳，脱落细胞及流式细胞计分析有助于术前确诊。根治性肾输尿管膀胱袖口状切除术辅以化疗、卡介苗（ＢＣＧ）等腔内灌注是治疗本病的有效方法。预后与复发取决于肿瘤的分级、分期，并与手术方式有关。

We analysed the diagnosis and therapy for 213 cases of primary malignant tumors of the ureter.Uretero-pyelography and cystoscopy ,specially ureteroscopy,are very useful for the assessment of ureteral tumors.Urine cytology and flow-cytometry are helpful to confirm the preoperative diagnosis.Radical operation is best for treatment of this disease.Prognosis and recurrence mainly depend on grade and stage of the ureteric tumor,and operation method.
