烧伤早期切痂和创面硝酸铈湿敷对大鼠存活率和淋巴细胞亚群变化的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本研究就烧伤早期切痴和创面硝酸铈湿敷对严重烧伤后大鼠存活率和T淋巴细胞亚群变化的影响作了比较。结果发现:30%TBSAⅢ度烧伤后第14天,大鼠存活率低,外周血Th/Ts比值显著降低;烧伤后早期手术切痴或创面硝酸铈湿敷均能明显提高大鼠存活率和外周血Th/Ts比值。提示早期手术切痴或创面硝酸铈湿敷均有防止严重烧伤后免疫功能下降和提高存活率的作用。烧伤休克期,如不具备早期手术切痴的条件,用硝酸铈湿敷是一种方便有效的治疗方法。 Suppression of cell-mediated immunity (CMI) and low survival rate follow major thermal injury are associated with absorption of burn toxin.Wistar rats received 30% full-thickness brun and were treated with early burn excision or wound wet dressing of cerium nitrate (CE).At the day 14 posburn, both survival rates and peritoneal blood Th /Ts rates were monitored.It was found that both excision and cerium nitrate could prevent markly lowering of survival rates and Th /Ts rates induced by severe burn.This indicates that CE,in the early days postbrun,may replace early burn excision to prevent the suppression of CMI from severe burn.
