摘要 在Triton X-305存在下,砷钼蓝与孔雀绿形成可溶性离子缔合物,其最大吸收波长λ_(max)和表观摩尔吸光系数ε分别为640nm和1.13×10~3,0~7μgAs/25ml符合比尔定律,最低检测限为6.6ngAs/ml,回收率为97~104%。此方法应用了Triton X-305,使ε值比原来的7.5×10~4提高51%,且简便快速,满意地解决了水中微量砷的测定。 A high sentive method for spectrophotometric determination of microamounts of arsenic a malachite green-arsenomolybdate blue in the presence of TritonX-305 surfactant lo form a complex is described. Its maximum absorption at 640nm, molar absorptivity e is 1.13×105.Increase by a fac- tor of 51% of e with TritonX-305, and the mean recovery is 97-104%. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-7g/25ml for As, and the lower detection limit is 6.6ng As/ml.The proposed method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of microamounts of As in natural water and industrial waste water.
