镍基合金中γ”-Ni_3Nb和δ-Ni_3Nb等相的衍射定量相分析

Quantitative Phase Analysis of γ"-Ni_3Nb、δ-Ni_3Nb and Other Phases in Superalloy GH-625 by X-Ray Diffaction

用X射线衍射进行共存相态别定量,要求各相衍射强度具有-可比性,即需求得每一相相对参考物的强度比值(k)。本文介绍复杂多相体系求k途径,并讨论了GH-625合金定量相分析结果。

It is necessary to have comparable diffraction intensity of various coexisting phases for quantitative phase analysis by X-ray diffraction,that is to get intensity rate (k) of each phase in relation to reference substance. In this paper an approach of getting k value in complex polyphase system is proposed and the results of phase analysis on superalloy GH-625 are discussed.
