摘要
应用免疫组化ABC法对84例前列腺癌(PC)、良性前列腺增生(BPH)和非典型增生(PAH)各30例、以及10例正常前列腺作了纤维连接蛋白(Fibronectin,FN)标记。结果表明63%的PC、60%的PAH、37%的BPH与30%的正常前列腺上皮显不同的FN阳性;PC之癌间质与基膜的FN减少与缺失;FN在不同类型PC中的反应有差异,且主要见于大部分小腺泡癌、筛状癌、粘液腺癌及实体癌等;PAH上皮的FN反应略低于PC,明显高于正常前列腺与BPH,恶性上皮FN多呈弥漫性或散在成片的阳性着色,而良性上皮多呈局灶性FN反应。本研究证实了多数PC之癌细胞显FN强阳性或阳性反应,不同的反应强度可能与PC的类型和肿瘤细胞分化有关系;并提示癌间质与基膜FN降低和缺失可能为癌的浸润与转移提供了便利条件。
Eighty-four cases of prostatic carcinoma(PC),30 cases of prostatic atypical hyperplasia(PAH),30 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and 10 normal subjects were marked with fibronectin(FN).It was found that the epithelium of 63%of cases of PC,60%of PAH,37%of BPH and 30%of the control were marked with different degrees of FN;FN in the tissues between PC and the basement membbrane was decreased or even disappeared;FN marking of different types of PC was different;positive FN marking was usually found in most of small acinar carcinnoma,cribriform carcinoma rnucinous adenocarcinoma and solid carcinoma of the prostate;FN positiveness of PAH was slightly lower than that in PC,but sign nificantly higher than that in BPH and the control.FN in the malignant epithelium was diffusely distributed or or in patches and in the benign epithelium was localized.Most of PC were strongly FN positive or positive.The differentiation of FN positiveness of PC might be related to the type and difference of PCs and FN positive parenchyma of PC and defects of the basement membrane facilitates the infiltration and metastasis of prostatic carcinoma.
