摘要
本文使用微型氢化物技术,试液和KBH_4溶液先后用微量移液管通过氢化物发生器的加液口加入反应杯。发生的氢化物由截气带入电热石英管原子化。Ni和Co对Bi信号的严重抑制可藉加入8-羟基喹啉有效地消除。
Conventional HG-AAS needs 5-25 ml of analytical solution for each measurement, at least 1 ml. In this paper a micro hydride generation technique is presented. 20 ml of sample solution and 15ml of KBH4 solution are added in the micro reaction cup located in the hydride generation through injection port with Eppendorf pipettes sequentially, hydride generated from the reaction cup is sweep to micro heated quartz cell for atomization. We found strong suppression of Bi signals caused by Ni and Co is effectively eliminated by adding 8-hydroxyquinoline.
