摘要
作者观察了犬冠状动脉急性闭塞再灌注过程中中性白细胞膜流动性及血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)的变化.结果表明:冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)阻断后,心大静脉回流血中中性白细胞膜荧光偏振P值升高,阻断前为0.27±0.01,阻断15min为0.29±0.01,中性白细胞膜流动性下降.随缺血时间延长,中性白细胞膜荧光偏振P值明显升高,阻断30min为0.30±0.01,阻断60min为0.32±0.01(与阻断15min比P<0.05).再灌注后,中性白细胞膜荧光偏振P值继续升高.中性白细胞荧光偏振P值与血清CPK浓度呈正相关(r=0.89,P<0.05).结论:心肌缺血再灌注过程中中性白细胞膜流动性降低,并与血清CPK值密切相关.
The changes of neutrophil membrane fluidity
and serum creatine phosphokinase(CPK )were ob-served during acute coronary artery
occlusion and reperfusion in dog.The results were as follows: With theleft anterior descending
branch(LAD)of coronary artery occluded ,the P value of fluorescence polarization ofneutrophil in
great cardiac vein was increased from preoccluded 0.27±0.01 to 15 min occluded 0.29±0.01.
The neutrophil membrane fluidity was lower.The P value of neutrophil fluorescence polarization
was signifi-cantly augmented with prolonged LAD occlusion,P=0.30±0.01 when occluded for 30
min,P=0.32±0. 01after occluded 60 min(P<0.05 compared with 15 min occluded).The increase
of P value of neutrophil fluo-rescence polarization was continued during reperfusion.The P
value of neutrophil fluorescence polarizationwas positively correlated with the activity of serum
CPK(r=0.89,P<0.05).Conclusion :The membranefluidity of neutrophil is decreased during acute
myocardial ischemia and reperfusion.It is closely correlatedwith the activity of serum CPK.
