摘要
作者用离体兔心含血逆行灌注模型,研究了六甲氧苄嗪(HMZ)对全心缺血后再灌注心肌酶谱和再灌注心律失常(RA)的影响.结果表明,HMZ能显著降低再灌注期间磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)的含量,与生理盐水对照组比较(P<0.05和P<0.01),同时发现该药能明显抑制RA的发生.提示该药对缺血再灌注损伤心肌有较好的保护作用.
With a model of the isolated blood-contained reperfused rabbit heart,the effects of
hexametazidine(HMZ) were studied on the enzymogram of reperfused myocardium and
reperfusive arrhythmia following is-chemia of the whole heart.The results showed that HMZ
significantly reduced the contents of phosphocre- atinase,lactic dehydrogenase and
glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase during reperfusion. Compared with the saline control(P< 0.
05 &P<0. 01 ),it was found that HMZ could apparently inhibit the occurrence of reperfusive
arrhythmia,suggesting HMZ is a good protection against the ischmia-and reperfusion-induced
damage of myocardium.
