摘要
本文研究了在聚乙烯醇-124存在下,锑(Ⅲ)—乙基罗丹明B—碘化物的显色反应。缔合物λ_(max)=605nm表观摩尔吸光系数为7.0×10~3。锑浓度在0.1~2.5μg/25ml时服从比尔定律。藉氢化物分离技术,本法可用于地球化学标样中痕量锑的测定。
A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of trace antimony,based on the formation of an complicated ion-association complex of antimony with ethyl rhodamine B (ERB) and iodide in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol-124, the maximum absorption of the ion-association complex is at 605nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is 7.0×10,Beer's law is obeyed for 0.1-2.5g Sb/25ml. The proposed method has been applied to determine trace Sb in geochemical sample with satisfactory results. The reaction mechanism has been discussed.
