射频迷宫手术治疗房颤

Surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation by radiofrequency maze proce-dure

比较６例迷宫手术治疗房颤的结果，前２例采用国外的切割－冷冻法，后４例采用我们改进的射频消蚀法．初步结果表明，后者较前者有以下三大优点：①避免术后心房切口出血，提高了手术安全性．②明显缩短手术时间，前者１．５ｈ，后者１０ｍｉｎ．使患者术后恢复快，并发症少．③心房创伤小，术后保留良好的运输功能．

The results were compared of surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation by maze procedure in 6 pa-tients. In the first two patients the maze procedure was performed bysurgical incision and freezing, and in the other four patients by radiofrequency ablation. The results showed that over the former the latter has the following advantage:(1)avoiding bleeding from the atrial incisioris after operation;(2) shortening the dura-tion of maze procedure, 10 min vs 1.5 h;(3) lessening the damage of atrial muscles.
