摘要
目的:研究卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤的发生和发展,以及与卵巢上皮良恶性肿瘤之间的关系。方法:应用地高辛标记c-myc和P ̄(53)基因探针对20例良性、24例交界性、23例恶性卵巢上皮肿瘤进行原位杂交。结果:c-myc和P ̄(53)在三种肿瘤组织中表达率分别为10%,66.7%,78.2%和5%,58.3%,73.9%,在交界性肿瘤中的表达率介于良恶性肿瘤之间,而且阳性表达率和表达强度与肿瘤组织类型无关,与临床期别和病理分级有关,二者均定位于细胞核内。结论:结果表明卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤的发生及发展可能与c-myc和P ̄(53)过量表达有关,并可将卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤视为癌前病变。
Objective:To investigate the formation and development of borderline ovarian epithelial tumor
atmolecular level and the relationship between the borderline ovarian tumor and
benign/malignant ovarian tu-mor.Methods:Digoxigenin- labelled c-myc and p ̄(53) gene
probes were used in studying the expression of c-mycand p ̄(53) genes in the paraffin
embedded tissue sections of 24 cases of borderline ovarian epithelial tumors, 20cases of
benign ovarian epithelial tumors, 23 cases of invasive ovarian epithelial carcinomas and 12
normal o-varies by in situ hybridization. Results:No expression of the genes appeared in
normal ovaries while in thebenign,borderline and invasive epithelial ovarian tumors,the rate of
expression of c-myc and p ̄(53) mRNA were10%,66.7%,78.2%and 5%,58.3%,73.9%,
respectively,the expression of the genes of the borderlinetumor being intermediate between
the benign and malignant tumors. The c-myc mRNA and p ̄(53) mRNA ex-pressions were both
localized in the nuclei with their intensities in close association with the degree of
differ-entiation and clinical stage of the tumor, irrespective of their histologic
types.Conclusion:The resultsshowed that the origin and development of ovarian epithelial
tumors may be associated with over-expressionof c-myc and p ̄(53) genes.The borderline
ovarian epithelial tumor may be looked upon as cancerous lesion.
