摘要
用酶联免疫吸附法 ̄3H-TdR掺入法探讨了可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(Solubleinterleukin2receptor,sIL-2R)与rIL-2的结合特性以及sIL-2R对IL-2依赖性CTLL-2细胞、PHA激活的正常人外周血淋巴细胞增殖反应的作用,结果显示sIL-2R保持了与rIL-2结合的特性。在体外sIL-2R对PHA诱导正常人PBL增殖以及CTLL-2细胞、PHA-PBL对IL-2依赖性增殖均有明显的抑制作用,尤其高浓度的sIL-2R抑制作用更为突出。
It has been showed that sIL-2R is present in Vivo,at low levels in the sera and urine of healthy per-sons and may have important biological effects. This paper was undertaken to study the effects of sIL-2Ron IL-2 dependent CTLL-2 cells and PHA activated normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes prolifera-tion. The mechanism was also discussed.
