摘要
以反映低密度脂蛋白(LDL)氧化修饰程度的硫代巴比妥酸反应物质(TBARS)及荧光物质含量为指标,研究了芦丁、槲皮素对已受到Fe ̄(2+)和Cu ̄(2+)氧化修饰LDL的抑制作用。结果表明:槲皮素、芦丁对已受到Fe ̄(2+)氧化修饰LDL有明显的抑制作用,芦丁优于槲皮素;而对已受到Cu ̄(2+)氧化修饰的LDL,槲皮素显示了较为显著的抑制作用,芦丁只具有轻微的作用。
In the study ,using the content of thiobabituric acid reactive substance(TBARS)and emission fluores-cence as indexes,the inhibitory effects of rutin and quercetin on oxidative modification of LDL al-ready induced by Fe ̄(2+)and Cu ̄(2+) were compared.The results showed that,with LDL already induced byFe ̄(2+),both rutin and quercetin could inhibit the oxidative modification and the role of rutin is better thanthat of quercetin;with LDL already induced by Cu ̄(2+),quercetin had significantly higher efficiency andrutin only had a slight function.
