摘要
工具钢XRF分析的主要问题是谱线干扰和基体元素的影响。经扣除谱线重叠和数学校正基体元素后,钨(17%)的相对标准偏差为0.132%,硫和磷的检出限分别为4和2ppm,因此本方法完全适用于科研和生产的控制分析。
In this paper XRF method for tool steel analysis is described, after correction ot line overlap and math, correction of matrix effect, the relative standard deviation of tungsten (17% ) is 0.132, the detection limit of sulfur and phospbroas are 4 and 2 ppm, respectively.
