摘要
报告了钛涂层317L接骨板相邻骨膜超微结构的观察结果。钛徐层317L接骨板植入狗下颌骨体后,骨膜中纤维细胞转化为成纤维细胞并合成胶原纤维,细胞质无溶解、变性和空泡现象。在术后第4周标本中,细胞间质及细胞内可见致密颗粒。实验结果表明,钛涂层317L接骨板植入活体组织后性质稳定,未影响到细胞的形态及功能。
observation of periosteum adjacent to titanium-coated 317L plate is reported.After
thetitanium-coated 317L plates were implanted to the mandible of dogs,the fibrocytes in the
adjacent perios-teum changed to fibroblasts which synthesizd collagen fibers.No cytolysis and
vascular degeneration wereseen. Dense particles were seen extracellularly and intra cellularly
in the fourth-week postoperatively.Theresults showed that the titanium-coated 317L plate has
stable properties and does not impair the cellularstructure and function after it is implanted to
living tissues.
