摘要
为了观察云芝多糖对实验性动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用,用新西兰纯种白兔制成实验性动脉粥样硬化模型后,动态地观察了云芝多糖对动物模型的血、LDL组织的各项生化指标的影响,包括胆固醇、脂质过氧化物、硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性、甘油三酯和磷酸肌酸激酶。并同时用氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(O-LDL)单克隆抗体株HOL_1测定血浆中O-LDL抗原含量。结果表明,云芝多糖能有效地清除O-LDL,抑制脂质过氧化损伤,并降低血中胆固醇和甘油三酯水平,抑制了动脉粥样硬化的发展。
After having mimicked atherosclerosis in rabbits,the
therapeutic
action of PSK was observed dynami-cally. Cholesterol and Lipoperoxides in plasma and
LDL,and SeGSHPx in plasma were meastired at the 0、twentieth and thirty-fifth day of the
experiment. At the same time points,T-G and CPK in serum and theantigen against HOL_1(a
monoclonal antibody line of O-LDL)were also determinedAfter killing the ani-mals, we also
measured the Lipopcroxides and SeGSHPx in aorta,heart and liver.In this experiment,O-LDL
was cleared out from blood efficiently by PSK,and the levels of cholesterol and T-Gi n blood
were al-so decreased significantly. The results demonstrated that lipoperoxidation could be
inhibited efficiently byPSK.
