IL－6、TNF调节冠心病人单个核细胞CD11b抗原表达的研究

采用免疫组织化学碱性磷酸酶标记ＡＢＣ（ＡＢＣ－ＡＰ）法显示。并用图像分析仪进行定量分析，研究了冠心病人和正常人单个核细胞ＣＤ１１６抗原表达及白介素－６（ＩＬ－６）和肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）对白细胞分化抗原ＣＤ１１６表达的调节作用。结果表明，冠心病人ＣＤ１１６表达高于正常人，ＩＬ－６和ＴＮＦ对ＣＤ１１ｂ均有上调作用，且其对冠心病人ＣＤ１１ｂ的上调作用明显高于正常人，表明冠心病人ＣＤ１１ｂ表达对细胞因子的敏感性增强。

The mediation of IL-6 and TNF to CD11b on mononticlear cells of patients with CHD and nomal con-trol was studied by means of immunohistochemical method(ABC-AP),and Image Analyser was used forquantitative analysis. The results show that the expression of CD11b of patients with CHD is higher than that of the controls. IL-6 and TNF have an upregtilatory action for the CD11b,and the upregula-tion is stronger in patients with CHD than in the controls. This indicates that the sensitivity of CD11b tocytokins increased in patients with CHD.
