热暴露对小鼠免疫状态的影响 被引量:7

摘要 观察了热环境对小鼠免疫功能的影响。实验结果显示热应激时小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞Fc受体阳性率(MΦFcR ̄+)、吞噬率(PR)、吞噬指数(PI)以及外周血ANAE染色阳性细胞数均显著低于对照,而热习服后4项指标显著高于对照组。提示,热应激环境下小鼠免疫功能处于抑制状态,而经热锻炼达到适应后,可增进免疫功能。 Department of Combined Traditional Chinese Medicine and western Medicine Institute of High Temperature Medicine Influence of high temperature on mice immune function was observed.The results,showed that the Fcreceptor positive rate of macrophage in mice(MΦFc R +),phagocytosis rate(PR),and phagocytic index(PI)were significantly lower in the heat stress group than in the control(P<0.05 or P<0.01 ).Neverthe-less,when the mice have adapted to high temperature environment, the above three indexes were signifi-cantly higher as comparad with those in the control(P<0.01),and the similar results were obtained in theperipheral blood ANAE ̄+%.The results suggest that mice immune function is suppressed under heatstress.After the mice have adapted through heat training immune function can be strengthened and heatadaptation can be promoted.
