摘要
观察了热环境对小鼠免疫功能的影响。实验结果显示热应激时小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞Fc受体阳性率(MΦFcR ̄+)、吞噬率(PR)、吞噬指数(PI)以及外周血ANAE染色阳性细胞数均显著低于对照,而热习服后4项指标显著高于对照组。提示,热应激环境下小鼠免疫功能处于抑制状态,而经热锻炼达到适应后,可增进免疫功能。

+),phagocytosis rate(PR),and phagocytic index(PI)were significantly
lower in the heat stress group than in the control(P<0.05 or P<0.01
).Neverthe-less,when the mice have adapted to high temperature
environment, the above three indexes were signifi-cantly higher as
comparad with those in the control(P<0.01),and the similar results
were obtained in theperipheral blood ANAE ̄+%.The results suggest
that mice immune function is suppressed under heatstress.After the
mice have adapted through heat training immune function can be
strengthened and heatadaptation can be promoted.
