摘要
采用自行设计、铸造人工关节置换治疗双侧复发性颞下颌关节强直１例。人工关节置换术减少了复发的机会，保持了下颌支高度，恢复了颞下颌关节功能。讨论了颞下颌人工关节置换有关问题。
t is reported that a patient
with bilaterial recurrent temporomandibular joint ankylosis was
treatedwith replacement of articular prosthesis which was designed by
authors,Replacement of articular prosthe-sis reduces the recurrence
that often occured in the treatment of tranditional arthroplasty of
temporo-mandibular joint,remains the highness of mandibular ramus and
restores the functions of temporo- mandibular joint and
mastication.The points concerned the articular prosthesis replacement
are discussed.
