在阳离子表面活性剂存在下,一种杂环取代荧光酮试剂9-(2′-吡啶基)-2,3,7-三羟基荧光酮;在稀盐酸介质中可以与钼(Ⅵ)离子形成一种红紫色配合物。配合物的最大吸收峰位于536nm,相应的摩尔吸光系数ε586=1.25×10~5。配合物中Mo:2′-PyF的摩尔比为1:1。方法具有较高的选择性,可用于某些含钼合金钢中微量钼的直接测定。
In a dilute hydrochloric acid solution a red-purple complex of molybdenum (Ⅵ) with 9-(2'-pyri-dyl)-2,3,7-trihydroxyfluorone can be formed in the presence of cationic surfactant CTMAB. The absorption maximum of molybdenum complex is located at 536 nm with a molar absorptivity of 1.25x105. The constituent of complex has been estimated as Mo:2'-PyF=1:1 by the method of isomolar continuous variation. A rapid and direct method for the spectrophotometric determination of microamounts of molybdenum in alloy steels has been developed.
