摘要
本文采用在盐酸介质中,钼(Ⅵ)与罗丹明6G生成络合物的荧光淬灭法测定钢中钼。线性范围为0~50ppm,对2ppm钼进行6次测定,相对标准偏差为2.5%。该方法快速、简单。
The fluocscence quenching method for determination of molybdenum is based on the formation of fluorescenceless complex of rhodamine 6G and molybdenum in 0.05M HC1. The diminished fluorescence intensity of rhodamine 6G is proportional to the concentration of molybdenum in aq. solution ( at EX 350cm, EM 550nm). The calibration curve coverad O-50ppm of molybdenum. The relative standard deviation of 6 determinations of 2ppm molybdenum is 2.5%. This method islrapid and simple.
