摘要
采用充放电循环,恒电位极化后续线性电位扫描和循环伏安方法研究了密封铅酸电池中K_2SO_4的作用。结果表明:K_2SO_4减小了电池早期容量损失,提高阳极膜导电性,同时促进PbO_2/PbSO_4转化过程和β—PbO_2生成过程的进行,抑制析氧和析氢过程。在4.5mol/dm^3H_2SO_4中,K_2SO_4最佳添加量为1.5g/dm^3。
The action of K2SO4 in the electrolyte of sealed lead acid battery was studied with charge-discharge cycle, constant potential polarization followed by potential linear sweep and cyclic voltammetry methods. The results showed that by the presence of K2SO4 the early capacity loss of the battery-decreased while the conductivity of the anodic film increased. The PbO2/PbSO4 transformation and B-PbO2 formation were promoted and oxygen and hydrogen evolution inhibited. The optimal quantity of K2SO4 was 1. 5g/dm3 when added to 4. 5 mol/dm3 H2SO4 solution.
