摘要
本文报道以直接氧化法生成的初级化学二氧化锰经饱和水蒸汽处理后,进行重质化处理,制成碱锰电池用化学二氧化锰,从X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜照片、热重分析、红外光谱的测试,发现成品的理化性能和结合水含量有较大的改进,电化学活性也有较大提高,所制成LRO3实体电池电性能优良。
The CMD sample used in the alkaline battery was made by direct oxidative methods. The results of XRD,SEM,TDA and IR indicated that the combined water in MnO2 crystal was increased,the physico-chemical properties and electrochemical activities were improved. The tested LR03 type battery showed good discharge behaviors.
