摘要 在pH=4.0的HAc—NaAc介质小,Cr(Ⅵ)强烈地催化过氧化氢氧化酚藏花红的反应。据此建立了动力学分光光度法测定痕量Cr(Ⅵ)的新方法。本法的检测限为1.8×10(-9)g/ml,测定范围为0~5μg/ml。用本法测定铬钢试样中的总铬量,结果令人满意。 A kinetic-spectrophotometric method is introduced for the determination of microamouut Cr (Ⅵ) based on the fact that it can catalyze the oxidation of phenosafranine by H2O2 in HAc-NaAc buffer. The optimum condition of indicator reaction and interference effect of various ions have also been studied. The calibration curve is linear for 0-5g Cr(Ⅵ)/25ml. Its detection limit was reached down to 1.8×10-2g/ml. The method has been used for analysis of microamount Chromium in the steel with satisfactory results.
