摘要
研究了开口金属氢化物/镍(简称氢/镍)电池的自放电机理,结果表明氢/镍电池的自放电可分为两种情况,即可逆自放电与不可逆自放电;可逆自放电由贮氢电极中氢的解析所引起,不可逆自放电由贮氢电极合金的退化所引起;贮氢电极合金的化学镀镍能有效地降低氢/镍电池的自放电。
The self-discharge mechanism of metal hydride/nickel (MH/NO battery was investigated. The results showed that the capacity loss of MH/Ni battery included two parts: the reversible and irreversible ones. The reversible capacity loss was caused by the desorption of hydrogen from the metal hydride and the irreversible capacity loss by the deterioration of the alloy. Chemical coating with nickel of the alloy was very effective to decrease the self-discharge of the battery.
