摘要
本文研究了间氯偶氮安替比林与铜的显色反应,在pH9.2 NH_3·H_2O—NH_4Cl介质中,铜与试剂形成1:1的配合物,最大吸收波长于620nm处,摩尔吸光系数为3.97×10~4铜浓度在0~25μg /25ml范围内符合比尔定律。方法可用于铝合金中铜的测定。
A method for the determination of copper in aluminum alloys has been developed. In pH9.2 NH3 H2O-NH4Cl medium, copper reacts with m-chloro-antipyrylazo to form a 1:1 complex having an absorption maximum at 620nm. The complex is formed instantly and remains stable for at least 8 hr. Under the conditions employed, the molar absorptivity was found to be 3.97×104 at 620nm and Beer's law was obeyed for 0-25gCu/25ml. The present method is simple and rapid, and satisfactory results were obtained in the determination of copper in aluminum alloys.
