摘要
本文系统地研究了In(Ⅲ)—o-NPF—C—sf三元显色体系的形成条件并探讨了反应规律与机理。此体系的灵敏度很高,DTMAC或CTMAB体系的ε值分别为1.68×10~5和1.60×10~5,显色酸度宽,用CTMAB和CDMBAC时,ΔpH分别为1.7及2.5。对于CTMAB体系,配合物组成比In(Ⅲ):o-NPF=1:2,表观稳定常数K=9.62×10~9,In量在0~15μg/ml范围服从比尔定律。
The formation conditions of In (Ⅲ)-o-NPF-C-sf system have been investigated systematically and their reaction regularity and mechanism have been discussed. This system exihibits high sensitivity. When DTMAC and CTMAB are used as C-sf, the molar absorptivites are 1.68X105 and 1.60X108, respectively. The system permits wide pH range(ApH1.7 for CTMAB and pH2.5 for CDMBAC ) . For the system of In (Ⅲ)-o-NPF-CTMAB, the molar ratio of In (Ⅲ) to o-NPF is 1:2, apparent stable constant K is 9.62X109. Beer's law is obeyed over the rang of 0~15ng/25ml for In (Ⅲ).
