柠檬酸-EDTA电镀光亮Sn-Pb合金的研究(Ⅱ)电解液性能

Research on Bright Sn-Pb Alloy Electroplating with Citrate-EDTA Bath (Ⅱ) Study on the Electrolyte Properties

摘要 测定了以QB-1为添加剂的柠檬酸-EDTA电镀光亮Sn-Pb合金电解液的性能.实验结果表明,该电解液的深镀能力好,分散能力在50%左右(K=2),阴极电流密度为1~2.5A/dm^2时,阴极电流效率可达60%~68%,添加QB-1后,使电解液具有正整平性. Properties of citrate EDTA electrolyte with QB-1 as the additive for bright Sn-Pb alloy coating electroplating were determined. The experimental results show that covering power of the electrolyte is good and throwing power of the electrolyte is about 50% (K =2) . Cathodic current efficiency of 60% to 68% can be obtained at current density range from lA/dm2 to 2.5A/dm2. With the addition of QB-I additive the electrolyte possesses positive levelling ability, and bright Sn -Pb alloy coatings can be obtained.
